Your responsibilities
- Keeping gully grids clear of leaves and rubbish.
- Repairing any damage caused by you, a member of your family or a visitor to your home.
Advice
- We usually need to put up scaffolding to carry out work to gutters. If you have any concerns about how this will affect you, please discuss this with your local TMO. If you have a satellite dish, the scaffolding may affect reception. You must contact your supplier if you want to put your subscription on hold until we have completed the repair.
- In bad weather conditions operatives cannot work at height, eg on ladders, scaffolding or on the roof. This is for their own safety.
