Making a Choice…

 

The offer document sets out the promises that WATMOS will deliver on through your local TMO. It includes details about the standard of homes and service you can expect from the transfer and also gives you assurances about your rent and your key rights.

 

A copy of the new tenancy agreement you will get with WATMOS is included with the offer document. You will be able to see for yourself that the rights  you currently have with the Council will transfer with you to WATMOS.

 

In your offer document pack, you will also find an Easy Guide. This guide will help signpost you to the information that is most important to you.

 

At the same time as the offer document was sent out to tenants, leaseholders should have received their own consultation document. This explains what the transfer will mean for leaseholders and gives you an opportunity to tell us what you think about the proposals.
