WATMOS Community
Homes is a unique charitable housing association, which
provides accommodation for people in housing need in the Walsall
area of the West Midlands.
WATMOS
was set up to build on a successful tradition of tenant management
in Walsall and we are proud to be able to offer something a little
different and a little better. Each of our estates are run
by the tenants and residents who live there.
Our aim is to create strong, stable
communities within safe and pleasant neighbourhoods through
resident control and locally accountable tenant management. |
