These values are important to us and through them we aim to provide tenants and residents with good housing and a real quality of life.
Our corporate direction is decided through tenant consultation. Tenants are encouraged to participate in setting the aims, objectives and priorities of our organisation, driving WATMOS in the direction that our tenants are passionate about. Our tenant satisfaction is high and our people are able to witness the shaping of the organisation through their priorities.
