The staff
The central WATMOS team focus on strategy and support services.
WATMOS has an executive team to run the organisation on a day-to-day basis and to implement its policies and priorities. WATMOS has three executives:
- Chief Executive
- Director of Resources
- Director of Operations
Ursula Barrington
Ursula is an experienced housing professional who has worked with tenant
led organisations for the last 18 years.
She is involved in the wider co-operative
movement and with the National Federation of Tenant Management
Organisations.
During her career she has headed up the
co-operative services team at bchs, worked on various housing initiatives,
been Chief Executive of St Peters Housing Association and provided
consultancy and organisational development services to Housing
Co-operatives and tenant led organisations across the country.
Kul is a CIPFA qualified accountant and has over 13 years experience in the housing finance and accountancy field. Before joining WATMOS, he was Acting Finance & Resources Director at Oxford Citizens Housing Association.
Yusef, has, over a period of 20 years, worked with a number of public
service organisations with a focus on policy, performance management,
service review and service improvement. He led the service
improvement project in the Audit Commission inspection.
