Make a comment or a complaint?
WATMOS welcomes feedback from its tenants and other service-users. We will use the information
from comments and complaints to review and improve our services.
If you have a comment or complaint you can make it
in the following ways:
• In person at a local TMO office
• In writing
• By email (info@watmos.org.uk)
• By telephone
• Through your MP or local Councillor
• Through a representative (e.g. family member, carer, friend)
All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and you will always receive a written response telling
you about the outcome.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can take your complaint to the Independent Housing Ombudsman.
