Buy my own home?

If you are a tenant of WATMOS, you may be able to apply to buy your home.

If you were a Walsall Council tenant on or before 27 March 2003 you will have a ‘Preserved Right to Buy’ (you will keep this if you transfer to or from a whg tenancy).

If you have become a new tenant since 27 March 2003 you will have a ‘Right to Acquire’.

If you want to make an application or get advice about buying your home, please contact your local TMO office where the staff will assist you.
