How do I pay my rent?

You can pay your rent in one of the following ways:

By Phone
We have an Automated Interactive Voice Response system which allows you to pay your rent by debit card over the phone. Please ring
0872 7700472 for this service.

You will need to have your rent payment swipe card available.

Online
You can also pay your rent online by visiting www.allpayments.net  You will need your rent payment swipe card and a debit card to use this facility.

By Standing Order from your bank
Staff at your local TMO office have standing order forms and will be able to assist you in setting up a standing order to pay your rent directly from your bank account.

By Direct Debit

Please download and complete the direct debit form in the do it online section. You can email the form to info@watmos.org.uk or alternatively you may sent it or hand deliver it to your tmo office.
 

By cash at any Post Office, Payzone or Paypoint outlet
You will be sent a rent payment card together with a list of outlets that will accept your payment. Simply present this card at the till with the payment in cash. Delves TMO is now a Payzone outlet.

Making arrangements to pay

Staff at your local TMO office are always happy to advise and assist you with your rent payment arrangements.

Claiming Housing Benefit
If you are on a low income, you may have a right to Housing Benefit to help you with rent payments. Housing Benefit is administered by the Council. However, staff at your local TMO office are available to assist if you need help with Housing Benefit matters. You can visit the walsall council at www.walsall.gov.uk for further information.

What if I have problems paying my rent?
If for any reason you have difficulties making your rent payments you must contact your local TMO straightaway. We can help with benefits advice, make arrangements for you to pay in a different way, or refer you to the Citizens Advice Bureau for independent free advice. If you do not pay your rent, we will take action to evict you. For more information on the WATMOS rent arrears policy, please contact your local TMO.
