Getting involved:

WATMOS is a resident controlled organisation and this means that tenants are directly involved in the management of their homes.

We want as many tenants and residents as possible to participate in what we do.

Get involved in your local TMO

The TMOs actively encourage all tenants and residents to become involved in the management of their estates. You can volunteer to be a TMO committee member or just participate on a more informal basis.

Tenant Panel

Tenant Panel is a group of residents who meet regularly to talk about issues that matter to them within their own estates.  For more information and meeting dates please click here.

Become a WATMOS Tenant Board Member

Each TMO nominates a tenant to sit on the WATMOS Board. The Board governs the activities of WATMOS and sets the Organisation’s direction, objectives and policies.
