Get involved in WATMOS?
WATMOS is a resident controlled organisation and this means that tenants are directly involved in
the management of their homes.
We want as many tenants and residents as possible to participate in what we do. The main ways
you can get involved are as follows:
Get involved in your local TMO
The TMOs actively encourage all tenants and residents to become involved in the management of
their estates. You can volunteer to be a TMO committee member or just participate on a more
informal basis.
Please contact your local TMO if you want to get involved.
Become a WATMOS Tenant Board Member
Each TMO nominates a tenant to sit on the WATMOS Board. The Board governs the activities of
WATMOS and sets the organisation’s direction, objectives and policies.
Other Opportunities
WATMOS is looking at a number of other ways that tenants and residents can get involved in what
