About the Leamore TMO

Overview
Leamore Residents Association manages 1 and 2 bed flats and 3 bed maisonettes in a total of 16 high and low rise blocks. Seven of the blocks are specifically designated for mature tenants. Leamore is ideally situated on a main bus route between Walsall and Bloxwich, giving easy access to
both shopping areas. We have good healthcare provisions and leisure facilities nearby. Local shops adjacent to the site include a Post Office, Chemist and a florist.

We have 270 one, two and three bedroom dwellings in 10 low rise and 6 multi-storey blocks of flats and 5 maisonettes above the shops in Leamore precinct. Our properties benefit from modern fitted kitchens, UPVC windows and a state-of-the-art concierge system. We also manage 14 two and three bed houses on behalf of Accord Housing Association and 6 two bed bungalows on behalf of Caldmore Housing Association.

We aim to provide a pleasant and secure housing estate. We place a high priority on enhancing security measures and making improvements to the surrounding environment. We continue to strive to improve the service to our tenants in the future, and continue to make the estate a happy and safe place to live.

How to find us
Travel north up the B4210 from Walsall Town Centre for about a mile and a quarter until you reach a set of traffic lights. (You will have gone over the canal and railway line). Turn left at the traffic lights into Leamore Lane passing the precinct of shops; take your next left by the Tip Top Chinese take away into Providence Close. The office is in Dover House, the first block you come to on the left.
