Value For Money
Like all Housing Associations, WATMOS is required to assess its 'use of resources' and demonstrate how it achieves value for money and continuous improvement. We recognise that we also have a unique operation, providing estate based services which are controlled by the community.
The need to be efficient and provide value for money has long been a necessity for WATMOS and was one of the underlying drivers for TMOs when setting up their original organisations.
Our Strategy sets out WATMOS's approach to Value for Money, how it compares with other social housing providers. It also contains an action plan for areas that we will review across WATMOS and also at individual TMOs.
