Online Boxing Classes
Every Thursday between 6-7 via Zoom
These sessions are run by Paul Poko and an experienced boxing fitness coach.
The sessions are designed to be a lot of fun and a great way to keep fit. They are beginner friendly – so no need to worry about feeling out of your depth. They are delivered from Pauls living room so no equipment is needed.
Within each session Paul focuses on punch technique, punch selection, punch combinations and how to defend with the queensberry rules. Cardio also plays a huge part in this 40 minute session. The sessions are progressive, building on what you learn each week as well as developing your fitness.
