John Banks

John is an independent member of the board and the Chair of Audit & Assurance Committee. 

John has served on a number of boards, including being Chair of Finance of the national mental health charity, Together for Mental Wellbeing; and as Chair of Finance for the RAF Museum. Elsewhere, roles have included Chair of Governance and Reporting.

John also has previous Social Housing sector experience as a member of Audit Committee for Settle.

John is a chartered Management Accountant, spending much of his 30 year professional career in finance and in regulatory and compliance projects.
