The Positive Outcomes Project (POP) is a dedicated health and wellbeing initiative designed to support young adults aged 15 to 25 living in Walsall. This innovative service provides a safe and inclusive space where young people can access guidance, resources, and peer-led support to help them navigate a wide range of challenges. These may include issues related to mental health and emotional wellbeing, financial difficulties, employment concerns, experiences of loneliness and social isolation, and other personal or social barriers that may affect their quality of life.
POP is committed to walking alongside young adults on their journey, offering compassionate support and practical solutions tailored to their individual needs. Whether someone is seeking help for the first time or looking to build on existing strengths, the Positive Outcomes Project is here to explore challenges together and promote positive change.
