Develop your ideas

Develop Your Ideas

Support us to decide on activities and projects and, if you wish to, help us run them.  Your CDO is keen to know what activities you think your estate would benefit from and enjoy.  We now also have a fund that can support us to try out some of your ideas.

Volunteer

We would love you to volunteer with us and have lots of ways that you could do this and support your estate. You may want to run an activity, support at groups, help with the newsletter or set up your own project. We will value anything you can offer and will support you in your volunteering role. We have lots of volunteer opportunities.  To find the one right for you, check out our Volunteer Opportunities

Quality Checking

Everything we do is looked over by those who are most effected by what we do: our residents. We welcome you to give your views, ideas and make improvements to how things get done. You can do this in lots of ways and could join one of our Estate Walks, be part of our Residents Service Panel or join one of our Focus Groups.

Join Your Committee

Your committee makes sure that your estate and services are run in the best possible way for their residents. They are open to anyone who is passionate about making their estate a good place to live and building a strong sense of community. If you can commit time and energy to making decisions on local policies, what activities happen on the estates and addressing any issues that may take place, then your committee would love to hear from you. Training and support will be provided.
