Your opinions are important and valued by us and we want to ensure all our residents have opportunities to have their voices heard.
We want to hear your views and ideas about the work we do. You can do this by joining our Resident Voice. This gives you the opportunity to take part in things such as:

  • Helping to shape our policies
  • Taking part in officer led walkabouts to look at your estate
  • Becoming an Environmental Ambassador  for your area
  • Checking customer documents to make sure they are clear and easy to understand
  • Helping to develop and taking part in surveys.
