Estate Walk Inspections
Our estate walkabouts are an important opportunity for residents and our Estates Team to look around the estate together, talk about what is working well and identify anything that could be improved.
After each walkabout, we record the issues identified and the action being taken. We also revisit issues from previous inspections so that residents can see what has been completed and what is still being worked on. This can include repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance as well as wider estate improvements.
Take a look at our previous Estate walkabout reports below to see what we found and the action being taken.
