Nigel Finney

Nigel has been a non-Executive Director on the Group Board and Audit and Risk Committee since April 2022.

A 35-year career, much of it as a senior executive in the social housing sector encompassing local authorities and medium to large housing associations, has equipped Nigel with the skills and knowledge to assist Watmos in being an efficient and effective customer-focused landlord.

Nigel is a long-standing member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is Vice -Chair of its Professional Standards Committee.
