Rent payments using the Allpay app and Internet Payments portal
From Monday, 11th May 2026, the allpay app and allpay Internet Payments portal will no longer be available.
We want to make sure that you can continue making payments easily and without disruption. To do this, you will need to move to the new allpayments app or web portal.
Moving to the new allpayments is simple:
- Getting started: Customers should go to new.allpayments.net or download the app from their app store.
- Signing in: You can use your existing details to log in, or set up an account if you’re new to allpayments.
Pay with allpayments
You can make quick and convenient payments on the go using allpay’s payment platform, allpayments, available as both a mobile app and web portal.

Download the allpayments app for free from your app store:

Set up an allpayments account and pay your rent online by visiting the allpayments web portal.
To make a payment using allpayments (in the app or online) you will need the 19-digit payment reference number from your allpay payment card and your debit or credit card.
If your device supports it, you can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay (app only).
