Interested in wellbeing and volunteering within the community? Give your time to support individuals and help them connect with other people and introduce them to various health and wellbeing services, community groups and social activities that are available in your local community.

Project Smith will provide you with 4 days FREE training to give you the skills you need to confidently talk about wellbeing and effectively signpost people to local services to help improve their wellbeing.

You will gain a Level 2 Understanding Behaviour Change qualification that is accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health.

You can join monthly sessions with Project Smith for ongoing support with your Community Connector’s role within the community.

This Community Connectors programme is open to people aged 18 years and over who live in the London Borough of Lambeth.

This is a WatWorks initiative funded by NHS Lambeth CCG and Lambeth Council.
