Let’s Talk About Building Safety

At Watmos, we work hard to keep residents as safe as possible. And we know that working closely with residents is key to our success. In April, we surveyed residents in high rise buildings to ask what they think of our building safety engagement work. 

A total of 225 residents responded to the survey. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views, experiences and concerns. We are also grateful to the residents who said they would like to be more involved in this area. 

Your survey feedback is now helping to shape our new Resident Engagement Strategy for building safety. We will follow this strategy in the way we share safety information, consult residents on important safety decisions, and help you get involved in keeping your building safe. We are currently exploring these issues in more detail with residents, in focus groups. Later this year, we will share the finished Engagement Strategy with residents and ask for your comments.
