Customer Portal Update
We’re sorry that our new Customer Portal is taking longer than expected to launch.
We know that residents have been waiting for the new portal, and we understand the frustration caused by the delay.
The new Customer Portal has been built, but final checks and testing still need to be completed before we can make it available to residents. We want to make sure the portal is working correctly and provides a reliable service before we launch it.
Unfortunately, this means that we’re not yet able to confirm a launch date. We are continuing to work on the remaining issues and will provide a further update as soon as we are able to confirm when the portal will be available.
In the meantime, residents can continue to:

✅ Contact us through our usual channels
